All damaged materials came out. The crew reconstructed the subfloor and joists, installed new flooring, set a modern vanity, and finished a marble-look shower. No shortcuts, no covering problems up.

A multigenerational farmhouse, five generations strong, needed its aging roof replaced without disrupting daily farm operations. The catch: 45 solar panels had to come off and go back on with zero damage, and the whole job had a 72-hour window.

Day one: solar technicians removed and stored every panel while the roofing team tore off the old roof and prepped underlayment. Day two: new weather-resistant roofing went on, plus custom seamless gutters with debris-blocking covers. Day three: all 45 panels reinstalled, rewired, and tested.

Finished in 70 hours with zero equipment damage. One large family, five generations, under a stronger, safer roof.

Doug and Laurie's tall order: a walk-in shower built for height

Doug and Laurie are tall, and their 5-foot tub with a low shower head forced awkward crouching every day. The tub had stopped being a tub at all; it had become storage.

Out went the tub. In came a barrier-free walk-in shower with a custom tile surround in neutral tones, matte black fixtures, a built-in niche, a frameless glass enclosure, and a high-mounted adjustable rainfall shower head positioned well above standard eye level.

Three days start to finish: demolition and plumbing on day one, waterproofing and tile on day two, glass and cleanup on day three. Showering the next morning.
